Extending my hiatus a little longer

As much as I hate to say it, for a few more days at least I'm apparently going to have too many unrelated things on my mind to do justice to Old War Dogs. I have no intention of ever shutting the blog down but right now I'm a bit of a head case over disability pension issues. Rather than waste bandwidth on the matter here I'll just say I've been running a bit of a stream-of-consciousness series at Bill's Bites if you want to come by. I'll try to keep up with posting things other people send me (Thank you Haider, Del, Marsha for your recent contributions) but I just cant seem to concentrate well enough lately to even do the daily roundups I used to do.

Personal to The Gray Dog: I haven't forgotten about the project I promised you I'd try to get started on and I really will try to get to it soon.
