I'm up to too many "Contributed by Bill Faith" posts in a row again but I need to grab the chance to clarify something:

In spite of the impression I may have left earlier, the Old War Dogs pack will not be endorsing any particular candidate in the near future, probably not before the major parties have officially selected their nominees. Old War Dog Larry Bailey and Old War Dog to be (when he finds time to send me some information) Pete Webster are actively campaigning for Duncan Hunter; I don't doubt he's a good man but I do wonder about his electability.  While Rudy's personal views are a little liberal for my taste in some areas, he's promised to appoint strict-constructionist judges who won't try to legislate from the bench. There are some things I definitely don't like about John McCain but I'd vote for him over anyone the Dhimms are likely to put on the ticket. (They aren't likely to run a Zell Miller/Joe Lieberman ticket on '08 either.) I don't know enough about Mitt Romney to have any business commenting on him right now. I expect each Dog in the pack to express his or her own opinions as time goes on, and I hope we can all feel good about getting behind the same candidate after the official nominations are announced.

I just watched the videos I linked to above. I  could get behind Giuliani/Hunter or Hunter/Giuliani and feel good either way.
