"Bush to admit he should have
sent more troops at start of war"

I know that's something there's disagreement on within the pack. I've said before that I think we should have sent more troops into the country in '03, and barring that we definitely should have after the situation went to hell in April of '04. There is no official "pack policy" on the matter. I'll probably just start a coffee IV and segue directly from "What's he gonna say?" coverage to "What did he say?" coverage at Bill's Bites.
