It’s a Great Day to be a Dog!

With the liberals coming to power, I now feel there is hope for me.  I pity you poor mortals.

In New York City, a new plan would let birth records reflect one’s new adopted gender.  The beauty in this plan is that one doesn’t have to actually have surgery, but just to adopt the trappings of the gender of your choice for at least two years.  Guys; like wearing dresses?  You’re birth certificate can now say female.  Gals; prefer a jock strap to an athletic bra?  Well, you get the picture.  This is a major victory for the large transgender population in the Big Apple.

Transgender isn’t such a big deal here in Cheddarland, but the new NYC plan could lead to wider acceptance of my pet cause; Trans-species.

I’ve been a dog for years.  Yet, I still go to work, pay taxes, buy my own food and have to relieve myself indoors, out of sight of a sensitive public.
