Chutzpah
Contributed by Bill Faith I guess that's what you have to have to do a post like this, but then my mama didn't raise no bashful kids. In my feeble defense I'll mention that someone else, whose identity I'll protect, put the seed of the idea in my head. We have BlogAds running on three sites so far and we're going to be ordering some more, but we can't afford to put them everywhere we'd like to. So, if we haven't sent you money but you love us anyway, you are hereby invited to put a picture of one of our ads on your site. We can't pay you for it but if you'll leave a comment on this post telling me what you did I'll do a "Thank you" post and try to send you some traffic. To make it easier, I'm providing links to pictures on our server so you don't even have to use your own bandwidth for the pictures; one of those few times when hot-linking to someone else's graphic isn't considered un-cool. is this image, is this smaller one, is this one, and is this one. If you do use one of these images, please make sure it links to and not back to this post. I thank you, the other Dogs thank you, the three-week-old Shiranian puppy in the next room () thanks you. |

But what of the amazing poetry of Russ Vaughn? It seems to me that if the entire piece was not shown in full that, Regards, Posted by: | Jul 14, 2006 7:14:26 PM Posted by: Was more than happy to do this! I have a fledgling blog (as is evident! But I am learning more each day). Sites like yours are an inspiration to me and what I am attempting to do with my blog. My husband is an active duty Army Medic on his way to Iraq, which makes this even more important. Instead of a thank you to me, I would rather see a send off with well wishes to my husband (though no "payment" is necessary at all!). Kind Regards, Becki Posted by: | Jul 18, 2006 9:28:32 PM Posted by: No witty comment comes to mind to excuse the fact that I spelled my site's name incorrectly in the URL of my original post. This link is correct. Yikes. Posted by: | Jul 18, 2006 9:34:30 PM Posted by: More than happy to put a link to your site in my blogroll. Not smart enough to post the graphic. A gezunt ahf dein kop! Keep up the good work.
